Not a chatbot bolted on. For Pinnacle — one of New Zealand’s largest health networks — we built Ask Pinnacle: an assistant that cites its sources every time, and says so when it doesn’t know rather than inventing an answer.

A lot of our work is ongoing. We sit behind the scenes with partner agencies and in-house teams, contributing to larger projects on long-running engagements — like the multi-phase platform work we deliver for Flicks. Senior capability that scales up or down with the project, without the overhead of another hire — and it’s where we do some of our best engineering.
The rest is the work we chase — creative technology, art projects, and interactive experiences. We’ve delivered alongside Tangerine Design, GCD, and Woven Studio. If your team needs capability it doesn’t have in-house, that’s what we’re for.

Our site launched as an interactive experience about Aotearoa's endangered species — it stayed up for over a year and people kept talking about it. Every animal here is real and at risk: the tuatara, takahē, pekapeka, katipō, Māui dolphin and the great white shark. It's also our proof of what we mean by immersive web — WebGL, shaders and real-time interaction, not a case study paragraph.
